  • If an apartment, villa, or other property in Turkey has already participated in the investment program (which means that someone previously received a residence permit after purchasing this property), using this right for the second time (with the new owner) is not allowed.

In addition, while preparing the paperwork, you should obtain a Turkish tax number. Do not forget about extending your visa for the whole period of your stay; prepare all your documents, including the papers for your family members, which need to be translated into Turkish and apostilled. At the same time, you must avoid making mistakes and wait for a positive response from all departments.
