According to the technical documentation, the villas have the following parameters:

  • commissioning date: 2025;
  • bedrooms: from 3 to 4;
  • bathrooms: from 4 to 6;
  • residential area: from 318 to 567 m2;
  • plot area: from 654 to 1,119 m2;
  • pool area: from 38 to 55 m2.
